Youth Group Events July 17th - 22nd National Youth Conference August 21st: Swattie floating trip- Meet at the church at 1:00 pm and then we will float the swattie on canoes, Kayaks, tubes, etc. Please bring old clothes and old sneakers. Dinner will be provided after the float and youth will call parents when we are finished. September 25th: Disaster Relief Auction - Meet at auction at 9 am. We will be doing a digital camera scavenger hunt and eating lunch at the auction. parents will pick youth up at the auction at 1:00 pm. “Woods in the Bible” Kidz Klub begins Oct. 7 Kidz Klub – for grades 1-5 – will be held 5:30-7:30 p.m. each Thursday evening during October and November except Thanksgiving Day. We will enjoy games, a meal together, Bible study (this year’s theme: “Woods in the Bible” -- the woods of the ark, the temple, the manger, the cross, etc.), and crafts. Bring friends! An outing to the Quittie Park woods is planned for Oct. 14. On Oct. 28 we will celebrate a Hallowe'en party at the South Annville Pavilion. But please register by Sept. 19 (forms in mail slots and on lobby counter -- return to Sue Schrader), so we know how much to prepare for crafts and meals. There is a $10.00 registration fee. Donations of desserts appreciated. Invite the children grades 1-5 of your family and neighborhood to sign up! October 30th: harvest Party at the Bucher Farm. Hayrides, bobbing for Apples, Bonfire and Fun! Parents will drop youth off at 5:30pm and pick them up at 8:00 pm. November 14th: Bowling and Pizza Party- Pizza following Church and then bowling 1-4 pm at the Fredericksburg Rec Center. December 1st: Baby-Sitting- 5:30 to 8:30 in church basement, so parents can do christmas shopping. Dinner will be provided.
